Plan details and costs

Medicare Advantage and Medicare prescription drug plans are offered by Medicare-approved private insurance companies. Benefits, premiums, copayments, and coinsurance can change on January 1 of each year. You must keep paying your Medicare Part B premium unless your plan pays it for you.
